JT Two rooms and bathroom addition
We were asked to help JT with finishing the project. The previous contractor left half way. It is difficult to start a project half way as you never know what the other contractor could have done. There were issues to deal with, but we got through it.
This is where we start. What issues can we find?

We had to reinstall the rafters as they were the wrong size
